全球互联网及通信连接互通研讨会暨全球信息通信连接互通结算组织（GSC）2018年会将于11月7日至9日在北京奥运村举办。中国通信学会和GSC作为会议的主办单位，专门成立了组委会，目前正在积极筹备会议。GSC正在组织70多个国家和地区100多家会员单位开展”信息通信国际服务相关最佳实践案例和方案”编写，协调会员代表参会。GSC本届理事会由来自澳大利亚、菲律宾、比利时、阿联酋的运营商和互联网企业组成，他们是这次会议的筹备者、推动者及组织者。澳大利亚电信的Lyn.Du女士是本届组委会主席。目前，GSC会员中已有十余家企业表示，将携带公司最新技术、最新服务产品，来中国交流服务经验，展示服务成果，寻求新的合作伙伴。近期，组委会将陆续公布境外企业谋求与中国企业合作的项目，也希望国内有意与境外全球性信息服务企业开展合作的企业关注本网站。
（The Global Internet and Communications Connectivity Interchange Seminar and Global Settlement Carrier group (GSC) 2018 Conference will be held in Beijing Olympic Village from November 7th to 9th. As the co-sponsor of the conference，China Institute Communications（CIC） and the GSC set up a special organizing committee, and are actively preparing for the conference. Now, GSC is organizing more than 100 members from more than 70 countries and regions to write “Best Practice Cases and Best Solutions Related to Information and Communication International Services”, and help them to participate in the meeting. The GSC Council is composed of operators and Internet companies from Australia, the Philippines, Belgium, and the United Arab Emirates, who are the initiators, promoters and organizers of the conference. 本次征集活动，聚焦信息通信国际服务领域“创新服务最佳实践案例”、“创新产品最佳实践案例”以及“创新结算方案”等，海内外企业反响强烈，积极踊跃参与。组委会目前一天能收到数十家单位参会意向。GSC在海外开展的征集活动，旨在展示各会员企业近年来在全球特别是在中国互联网及通信领域取得的最新服务成果，在全球特别在中国信息通信领域的最佳服务、最佳产品、最佳技术，同时征集拟与中国企业合作的项目。届时中外信息通信领域全球最佳服务、最佳产品、最佳园区、最佳技术将竞相登台亮相、相互比拼，分享经验、合作交流，群英荟萃必将精彩纷呈。
